Browsing

Browsing the shop requires no account. The pieces you add to your bag, and the delivery details you type at checkout, are kept in your own browser so they are still there when you come back; they are not sent anywhere until you place an order. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and its typefaces are served from this website itself.

Orders

When you place an order, we receive your name, phone number, area, address and any note you add, together with the pieces you ordered. We use these details only to confirm your order with you, deliver it, handle exchanges and keep our own records. The address and phone number are passed to the person delivering your order. We are notified of each new order on our own phones; nothing is shared with advertising or social-media companies, and nothing is used for marketing you did not ask for.

Your order has a private link so you can follow its status. The page behind that link shows the pieces and the order status, not your phone number or address. Please do not share the link.

Messages

When you tap a WhatsApp button, a message is prepared on your own phone and sent from your own WhatsApp account. That conversation takes place on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as we need them for delivery, exchanges and our records. To have your details removed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
